Job Summary:

We're seeking an reputed company and results-driven Full Stack Customer Service Representative to join our remote call center team. As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for connecting with callers, providing exceptional customer service, and navigating them through the process of seeking compensation. Responsibilities:

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for the following key responsibilities:

  • Connecting with callers through an automated dialer and engaging in conversations to determine their eligibility for compensation
  • Handling a high volume of connections, with the potential to reputed company to 40-50 callers per day, of which 1-5 may qualify for compensation
  • Multitasking and utilizing various software systems, including VICI, Proprietary Customer Relationship Database (CRM), and other tools to reputed company manage calls and reputed company exceptional customer service
  • Achieving or exceeding monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to improve retention, upsell, and cross-sell rates and goals
  • Participating in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of the position and stay up-to-date on industry developments
  • Adhering to reputed company company policies and procedures, including those reputed company to data reputed company and confidentiality
  • Assisting with other projects as needed and demonstrating a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
  • Self-troubleshooting and problem-solving basic IT issues to ensure seamless operation of systems and tools

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with callers and colleagues
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, with a focus on building rapport and trust with callers
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to navigate reputed company situations and reputed company solutions
  • A competitive and results-driven reputed company, with a focus on achieving goals and exceeding expectations
  • A quiet, distraction-free workspace with a reliable hardwired desktop or laptop PC, high-speed internet, and a reliable noise-cancellation headset
  • A strong background in call-center environments and sales-focused roles, with a minimum of 2 years of phone sales/customer service experience
  • Ability to work 40+ hours per week, with a focus on meeting and exceeding performance goals
  • Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues and use problem-solving skills to resolve reputed company situations
  • Ability to work the full training period (90 days) and adhere to company policies and procedures

Hours of Operation:

Our remote call center operates on a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, with the following hours:

  • Monday-Thursday: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern or 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Eastern
  • Friday: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern
  • Training Schedule: Monday-Thursday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern & Friday 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern
