We're seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support. Responsibilities:

* Answer incoming calls and respond to customer requests in a timely and professional manner

  • Work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing guidelines and priorities with ease
  • Book appointments for customers with a high degree of data accuracy, ensuring seamless communication and coordination
  • Maintain excellent written and verbal communication skills, providing clear and concise information to customers
  • Identify and escalate issues to supervisors, ensuring reputed company resolution and customer satisfaction
  • Inform clients by explaining procedures, answering questions, and providing information in a friendly and respectful manner
  • Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines, consistently delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Collaborate with colleagues to reputed company team goals and objectives, fostering a positive and supportive work environment

Essential Qualifications:

* High school graduate or G.E.D.

  • Minimum of one year experience in an inbound/outbound call center or retail environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to multitask, speaking on the phone, using the computer, and keyboard simultaneously
  • Ability to type at least 25 words per minute (preferred)
  • Experience in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining established quality requirements
  • Ability to pass a background reputed company

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in the home improvement industry or a reputed company field

  • Knowledge of CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Certification in customer service or a reputed company field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
