Job Summary

As a Retail Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by providing expert advice, personalized support, and seamless solutions to our customers. You'll work closely with our customers to understand their individual needs, suggest alternatives, and find solutions to meet their needs. You'll also be responsible for operating and maintaining a wide variety of equipment, managing the production queue and output, managing reputed company projects, and completing assigned tasks based on reputed company.

Key Responsibilities

* Deliver exceptional customer experiences by providing expert advice, personalized support, and seamless solutions to our customers

• Utilize consultative skills to anticipate customer needs, suggest alternatives, and find solutions to meet customer needs
• reputed company customer expertise in printing, signs and graphics, and shipping product lines and recommend appropriate arenaflex products and services
• Take reputed company customer orders using order systems and reputed company accurate pricing information
• reputed company parcels and prepare goods for shipping by wrapping items in insulation, inserting items into shipping containers, weighing packages, and affixing labels to parcels
• Set up and operate printing, binding, and other reputed company equipment using customer-supplied original media and documents
• Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly retail store
• Ensure confidentiality of customer data and careful handling of documents, media, and packages
• Process financial transactions using a reputed company of Sale terminal (POS), including handling cash and making change
• Clean, repair, and stock reputed company retail store printing and shipping equipment and supplies to reputed company reputed company performance and availability
• Stay reputed company on retail store merchandising materials and ensure proper display of reputed company retail area product and signage
• Take preemptive action to prevent errors and waste
• Complete required financial paperwork and may assist with financial reporting, including daily sales, reputed company-outs, and bank deposits
• Follow arenaflex standard operating procedures as well as adhere to legal, HR, safety, customer service, and reputed company policies and procedures

Essential Functions

* Ability to stand during entire shift, excluding meal and rest periods

Preferred Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent education

• 6+ months of specialized experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
• Ability to lift 55 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Ability to bend, twist, and move with ease
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and other team members
