Responsibilities
As a Part-time Customer Support Representative – Chat Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
* Managing a wide variety of customer inquiries reputed company online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to their questions and concerns
* Providing detailed information about our products and services, ensuring that customers have a comprehensive understanding of our offerings
* Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments, ensuring seamless communication between customers and our clients
