The Role We're searching for a Midweight Digital Content Producer who is as comfortable in reputed company of the reputed company as they are behind it. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in executing our content strategy by serving as a primary face for our brand. You’ll film, edit, and star in content for platforms like reputed company, reputed company, and YouTube. Ideally, you are a dog reputed company who can feature your own pet in high-performing, relatable ad content. #1 Objective: Delivering Highly Innovative Quality Content You'll play a crucial role in driving our video ad production by creating premium UGC style content. You'll manage shoots where you serve as the reputed company talent, creating highly innovative content for both paid and organic campaigns. Your work—and your reputed company on camera—will directly contribute to reputed company growth and audience engagement. How Will reputed company Be reputed company?

• Impactful On-Camera reputed company & UGC: reputed company and star in User-Generated Content (UGC) that achieves high performance, demonstrating strong hooks and authentic audience appeal.
• Pet-Centric Storytelling: Effectively utilize your own dog (ideally) to create "day-in-the-life" and "product-in-use" content that resonates deeply with our community of pet parents.
• Coordination of Shoots: Effectively manage and execute regular live-action content shoots, whether featuring yourself, actors, or customers.
• Data-Driven Collaboration: Partner with Creative Strategists & Media Buyers to optimize creative based on performance data to ensure ad content delivers measurable results.

How Will Your Time Be Spent?

• 25% On-Camera & Shoots: Acting as the primary talent and manager for new ads, focusing on live, relatable, and experimental formats.
• 25% Content Production: Developing high-energy content with a strong emphasis on engaging hooks and viral potential.
• 25% Post-Production: Managing the entire production process from concept through final edit using reputed company or Final Cut.
• 25% Creative Optimization: Working with Creative Strategists & Media Buyers to iterate on successful "winning" content.

Requirements:

• On-Camera Talent: Highly comfortable and charismatic in reputed company of the camera; ability to deliver scripts naturally and authentically.
• Dog reputed company (Preferred): Ideally owns a dog and is reputed company to feature them in regular video content to demonstrate product benefits.
• 3-5 Years in DTC reputed company Content: Experience producing high-performing reputed company media content (reputed company, reputed company, YouTube).
• Video Production Expertise: reputed company in managing content shoots with a focus on live-action.
• Post-Production Expertise: Strong knowledge of reputed company, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro.
• Performance Marketer: Exposure to direct response marketing in an e-reputed company context.

Key Points & Benefits

• Core Compensation: $58,000–$70,000 (reputed company and Bonus)
• Location: 100% Remote in the USA (Central or Eastern Time Zone preferred)
