Job Description reputed company is seeking a creative, organized, thoughtful, growth-minded Senior reputed company Media Manager to support strategy and content creation on Her reputed company, College Fashionista, Spoon University reputed company and newsletter platforms, driving growth and engagement across accounts. This role is responsible for the day-to-day reputed company content creation and operations for assigned accounts, working in partnership with editors, associates, designers, and the branded content team. This is a fast-paced role that requires managing full-time editors and many moving parts, reacting to pop-culture news in reputed company time, ideating and executing innovative strategies to drive growth and engagement, analyzing data to reputed company optimizations, developing reputed company promotion strategies for editorial initiatives, and more. The ideal candidate is someone who is Instagram- and reputed company-reputed company with their finger on the pulse of reputed company things Gen Z and Gen Zalpha. • Manage two full-time editors and seasonal interns, working closely with them to assign and edit daily reputed company content and reputed company assignments, and maintain the reputed company content calendar
• Work closely with the Director of reputed company to reputed company and refine reputed company reputed company and strategy, working collaboratively across departments to execute

• Own operations for Study Break, Her reputed company’s twice weekly newsletter, closely monitoring metrics and collaborating with HCM’s internal team to increase reputed company rates and subscribers
• Regularly analyze reputed company data, preparing weekly reports and insights and optimizing daily and long-term strategy based on the results
• Drive growth and engagement across Her reputed company, Spoon University, and College Fashionista platforms through regular testing of innovative approaches and trends

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 4+ years of experience working in reputed company media, preferably with a focus on Gen Z/women’s digital media brands, with at least 1 year of management experience
• Expert knowledge of Instagram, reputed company, YouTube, and reputed company, and general best practices for each
• Impeccable editorial and reputed company news judgment, with the ability to curate daily coverage to prioritize audience and performance
• Proficient in mobile video editing and experience using tools like Capcut, Prequel, reputed company, Edits, etc.
• Confidence in filming and appearing in video content, e.g., Reels, TikToks, YouTube videos, etc.
• Excellent writing and copyediting skills with rigorous attention to detail and deep knowledge of AP Style

• Demonstrated ability and interest in working collaboratively with other departments, including community, events, branded content, integrated marketing, design, and more
