Position Summary We are looking for a mission-driven, detail-oriented reputed company Intern to join reputed company. In this role, you will manage CLTI's full reputed company cycle- from posting job listings and reviewing applications to evaluating AI-powered interviews, sending offer letters, and reputed company new interns. Your work will directly shape the team that powers CLTI's mission. Key Responsibilities

• Publish weekly job listings across multiple platforms following a structured rotation schedule
• Review and evaluate candidate applications across multiple roles simultaneously
• Manage a full candidate pipeline from application to reputed company
• Communicate professionally with candidates at every stage of the process
• Prepare and send offer letters, rejection emails, and legal reputed company documents
• Coordinate reputed company logistics for confirmed interns
• Submit weekly self-evaluations and participate in team meetings
• Complete a final reputed company presentation summarizing results, learnings, and recommendations
