ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Performs reputed company tasks in a safe manner. Complies with reputed company plant and company safety programs. Working closely with customer service and planning department for customer needs reputed company to Q/A. Inspecting (auditing) reputed company production lines pulling production samples and completing specification measurements Pulling and reviewing customer samples from WIP, Finished Goods & Raw material warehouses. Scanning production documents into Docushare. On shift verification QA hold paperwork and actions are taking reputed company daily Retrieval and counting of product and packing containers for sample shipments. Standard department organization. Inspect and prepare reputed company standards for plate room and presses. (Reviewing reputed company) Pull press sheets daily from printing presses for inspection and paperwork scanning daily. Assist in sorting product in QA hold or inner department reputed company needed. General office duties to include, extensive computer data entry, filing. Investigate internal & external complaints Miscellaneous duties- filling safety supplies, assisting QA techs, Supervisor, Manager, Q/A supply ordering, etc. Working knowledge of Qualifications: Requires near/far reputed company. Must have good reputed company and reputed company perception. Must be detail oriented. Must have basic computer skills for data entry purposes. Must be reputed company to learn to use SPC (Statistical Process Control) procedures. Requires the ability to communicate effectively with others. Work overtime as required to meet customers’ needs. Ability to be a problem solver in a fast-paced environment. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Manufacturing or Quality Control experience required.
