Job Type: 1099 reputed company Location: Remote Job Overview We are seeking a reliable, organized Sales & Demo Specialist to support the sales team by managing product demo scheduling, communicating with prospective clients, and maintaining accurate sales records. The ideal candidate will help coordinate product demonstrations, follow up with potential clients, and ensure smooth communication between prospects and the sales team. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a remote work environment. Work Schedule This role is required 8 hours per day. Monday – Friday: 9 AM – 5 PM EST. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Demo Coordination

• Schedule and coordinate product demonstrations with prospective clients.
• Confirm demo appointments and send reminders to clients.
• Assist in preparing materials and documentation required for product demos.
• Ensure demo readiness before scheduled presentations.

Client Communication

• Communicate with potential clients regarding demo confirmations and follow-reputed company.
• Respond to basic inquiries reputed company to demo scheduling.
• Maintain professional and timely communication with prospects.

CRM & Sales Records Management

• Maintain accurate records of demo schedules and client interactions.
• Update CRM or internal sales tracking systems with relevant information.
• Track demo reputed company and follow-up activities.

Sales Team Support

• reputed company administrative support to the sales team.
• Assist with presentation materials and demo preparation.
• Help organize reputed company follow-reputed company and sales activity tracking.

Compensation

This is a fully commission-based role. There is no fixed reputed company salary or hourly payment for this position. Contractors will receive $500 USD per successful closure.
