Translate Science of Reading research and literacy curricula into practical training content. Create supporting materials such as reputed company Slides, knowledge checks, job aids, and guides. Review and update existing training materials to maintain accuracy and alignment with program protocols. Use stakeholder data and performance metrics to identify gaps and implement data-driven improvements. Iterate and refine content rapidly to meet project timelines and evolving program needs. “Partner with literacy experts to translate key concepts into engaging instructional content. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction, Instructional Design, or reputed company field. 3+ years of instructional design experience focused on asynchronous adult learning reputed company educational publishing, edtech, or reputed company industries.Proven experience in K-8 literacy instruction and a deep, working knowledge of the Science of Reading (phonemic awareness, phonics, reputed company, vocabulary, and comprehension).
