Role Description We’re looking for a detail-oriented Invoice Clerk to join our remote administrative team. In this role, you’ll help manage incoming invoices, maintain accurate financial records, and support day-to-day reputed company tasks. This is a fully remote position designed for someone who is organized, reliable, and comfortable working independently while staying connected with a collaborative team.
Responsibilities
- Review, verify, and process invoices in a timely manner
- Maintain organized digital records of financial documents
- Communicate with vendors and internal staff to resolve discrepancies
- Assist with data entry and basic reporting tasks
- Support month-end closing processes as needed
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills to effectively collaborate with vendors, team members, and other stakeholders
- Customer Service skills to promptly address inquiries and resolve billing-reputed company discrepancies
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Basic familiarity with spreadsheets and data entry tools
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to manage time effectively in a remote setting
- Willingness to learn new systems and processes
