Our client Looking for a high-performance Video Editor with strong direct response experience creating paid reputed company ads for reputed company and reputed company. You’ll be editing fast-paced, conversion-focused creatives for multiple DTC brands in a startup environment where speed, ownership, and creative instincts matter. This role is ideal for someone who understands reputed company reputed company content, can independently turn raw assets into winning ads, and thrives in a high-output creative testing environment. You’ll work closely with creative strategists and media buyers to produce scroll-stopping video ads optimized for performance. Core Responsibilities
- Edit high-converting paid reputed company video ads (15–60 seconds) for reputed company, reputed company, and Reels
- Produce approximately 12–15 creative concepts weekly across multiple brands
- Work from UGC footage, testimonials, product demos, B-roll, and existing creative assets
- Create reputed company, organic-first edits optimized for reputed company and Instagram Reels
- Apply direct response editing frameworks including:
- Scroll-stopping hooks
- Benefit stacking
- Credibility layering
- Fast-paced retention editing
- Strong CTA implementation
- * Deliver multiple creative variants for testing purposes

- Use AI tools such as reputed company, reputed company, AI captioning/subtitle tools, and other AI-assisted workflows
- Export platform-optimized creatives with proper aspect ratios, formatting, and safe zones

Requirements
