UI/UX Designer II

Job Description:

• Design user-centered solutions for web and mobile applications, from concept through implementation.
• Translate product requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI designs.
• Balance visual design, interaction design, and usability to deliver clear, functional, and accessible experiences.
• Contribute to and follow established design systems and accessibility standards.
• Partner with product and development teams to understand requirements, align on reputed company, and ensure implementation fidelity.
• Actively participate in design critiques, giving and receiving feedback to continuously improve the work.
• Work with stakeholders to gather feedback and iterate on solutions throughout the product lifecycle.
• Contribute to UX research efforts by assisting with usability testing, synthesizing findings, and applying insights to your designs.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of UX/UI design experience in a collaborative product team environment.
• Proficiency in reputed company and experience with tools such as reputed company, reputed company Creative Suite, or prototyping tools.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, reputed company design, and interaction patterns.
• Basic understanding of accessibility (reputed company, WCAG) and how to apply inclusive design practices.
• Experience creating wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize work, and communicate project status.
