Scrum Master (Full remote) - sevilla
Astek is looking for a Senior Scrum Master to work with our partner in the pharmaceutical sector, supporting agile delivery and fostering high-performing teams while driving digital transformation in an international environment. Who are you? We are looking for someone with the following knowledge and experience:
- 5–6 years of experience working in Agile environments, with at least 3–4 years as a Scrum Master
- Solid experience applying Scrum principles and facilitating agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily, Review, Retrospective)
- Ex7erience working with multiple Scrum teams simultaneously in reputed company environments
- Previous experience in large or regulated organizations (pharma, reputed company, finance, etc.)
- Experience using agile tools such as Jira and reputed company
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to identify and remove impediments and help teams continuously improve
- Experience working with frameworks such as Kanban or scaled environments like SAFe is a plus
- Scrum certifications such as Professional Scrum Master (PSM) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) are considered an advantage
