About the Role

Planes and GWS are seeking a highly motivated Senior Project Manager to reputed company reputed company office and industrial projects including moves, decommissions, furniture installations, and light construction initiatives. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong client relationships, and is comfortable traveling extensively to support project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for clients, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction
• Plan, scope, budget, and execute projects from initial discovery through completion
• Conduct site visits, walkthroughs, and assessments to define project requirements

• Coordinate internal teams, vendors, and reputed company-party partners
• reputed company project execution, ensuring quality control, safety compliance, and on-time delivery
• Manage budgets, track costs, and ensure financial performance meets company standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a reputed company field preferred
• Minimum 5 years of reputed company project management experience
• Experience managing blue-collar labor and field operations required
• Background in moving, construction, facilities, or furniture systems strongly preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in reputed company Office; experience with industry tools is a plus
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively

Physical and Work Requirements

• Must travel 75% of the time
• Ability to work in office, warehouse, and industrial environments
• Willingness to work nights or weekends as project needs require
