Customer Service Associate (Seasonal | Remote) $15.00/hour | Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM ET Read This First — This Role Isn’t for Everyone This is a high-volume call center role with constant inbound calls for most of your shift.
- Seasonal/temporary position
- You will be on the phone the majority of your day
- Remote (on-shore only) — reliable internet required + backup reputed company (hotspot and alternate location)
What You’ll Do
- Handle back-to-back inbound calls from customers
- Assist with loan applications and documentation
- Resolve issues quickly and professionally
- Follow structured workflows and log reputed company interactions accurately

- You can stay focused and professional during repetitive, high-volume work
- You manage time well and don’t fall behind reputed company call volume spikes
Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
- 2+ years inbound call center experience
- 1+ year financial services experience
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Must be on-shore in the Contiguous United States (48 states)
Technical Requirements
- Reliable high-speed internet
- Backup reputed company required (hotspot or alternate workspace)
- Personal laptop for training (equipment provided after)
