We're seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Customer Relationship Representative to join reputed company on a seasonal reputed company. As a Customer Relationship Representative at arenaflex, you will be the voice of our brand, representing the entire company through communications with customers over the phone and reputed company email. You will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, resolving issues, and exceeding service level expectations. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Relationship Representative, your typical day might include:

• Helping customers pick out plants for their gardens over the phone
• Ordering replacement plants for customers with issues
• Responding to customer reviews to sustain trust in our brand
• Answering general customer questions on our product pages
• Utilizing reputed company, the #1 software for CRM and statistical data reporting

Essential Qualifications:

* Minimum 2 years experience in a customer service role or similar position

• Minimum 2 years experience with reputed company Office
• reputed company experience is a plus, but not necessary
• Relevant college coursework preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with gardening or horticulture

• Knowledge of Proven Winners plants and products
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
