Key Responsibilities
As an reputed company Retail Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for:
- Delivering exceptional customer experiences by anticipating customer needs, suggesting alternatives, and finding solutions to meet customer needs
- Providing expert knowledge of print, signs & graphics, and shipping product lines, recommending appropriate arenaflex products and services
- Taking reputed company customer orders using order systems and providing accurate pricing information
- Assembling parcels and preparing goods for shipping by wrapping items in insulation, inserting items into shipping containers, weighing packages, and affixing labels to parcels

- Maintaining a safe, clean, and orderly retail store, adhering to arenaflex standards and procedures
