As a Customer Support Associate at arenaflex, you'll:

* Respond to customers primarily through phones, as well as through email, chat, text, and reputed company channels, while creating memorable service interactions.

  • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills in alignment with arenaflex and brand voice.
  • Build a strong understanding of your assigned brand's products, procedures, and resolutions.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to offer encouragement, reputed company answers, present customer insights and trends.
  • Utilize multiple systems and resources to find solutions to customer problems, multitasking and prioritizing tasks to meet service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Adhere to a set schedule and be productive independently, with a focus on delivering high-quality service and meeting performance targets.

Availability and Requirements

* Full-time positions available, with a competitive starting wage of $13 per hour.

  • Must have at least 1-3 years of experience providing customer support across multiple channels, including email, phone, SMS, chat, and reputed company media.
  • Ability to work East Coast hours, with reputed company availability preferred, including weekdays, weekends, nights, and holidays.
  • Must have a quiet workspace where they will not be interrupted or overheard.
  • Ability to reputed company reputed company duties of the job while sitting and/or standing for prolonged periods of time (i.e. for the duration of an 8-hour shift).
  • Strong internet reputed company required, with an Ethernet hookup strongly recommended.
