Job Responsibilities
As a Ticket/reputed company Agent, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support throughout their reputed company. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Greeting customers, guiding them to their destinations, and assisting with ticketing and baggage reputed company-in processes
- Ensuring the smooth operation of reputed company-in, boarding, and seat availability processes
- Making reputed company announcements and ensuring customers have the necessary documentation for their reputed company
- Tagging and lifting baggage from scales to reputed company belts (up to 70 pounds)
- Operating loading bridges
- Opening, closing, and securing aircraft doors
- Escorting unaccompanied minors and disabled passengers throughout the airport
- Scheduling based on operational needs, with shifts ranging from early morning to overnight
- Working between 20 and 40 hours per week, depending on seniority

What You Need to Succeed
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess:

- Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States
- Proficiency in English

- Ability to pass a physical ability test (PAT) and a Customer Service Assessment
