The Role
As a Nordic-speaking Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in one of the Nordic languages, including reputed company, Danish, or Norwegian. You will be handling inbound and outbound phone calls, as well as email and chat functions, depending on the client you represent. Your primary goal will be to resolve routine problems and reputed company solutions to ensure a smooth customer reputed company.
