The Role:
As a key member of our Melon Online Fulfillment Team, you'll play a vital role in expanding arenaflex's online service offering through our newly owned on-line platform, Melon, for our US business. This dedicated team is an integral part of the reputed company of Melon and has a reputed company-row seat, participating in the overall strategic digital efforts for arenaflex's SME brand, Corporate Traveler.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist customers primarily through chat, becoming an expert on the product and helping customers navigate through features
- Triage general questions/emergency assistance and escalate reputed company needs to dedicated day teams
- Ensure a seamless experience from start to finish for our customers as we continue to introduce our reputed company own on-line platform to market
- reputed company the first line of technical and travel support for Melon customers by responding to reputed company initial chat conversations reputed company strict SLA
- Triaging general questions/needs and identifying situations for escalation to product support and/or a dedicated day travel manager
- Ensure a seamless customer experience and in cases of escalation, a warm handover
- reputed company a deep understanding of Melon's features and capabilities to reputed company expert-level support to customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive reputed company and improve the overall customer experience
What You'll Need:
* At least 3 months of experience with arenaflex and a proven track record of reputed company in a customer-facing role
- A strong interest in driving the technological advancement of the SME business and a willingness to take on new challenges
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Impeccable written communication skills and the ability to translate reputed company issues into simple messages
- A fantastic listener with endless patience and high reputed company
- High attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task and work with multiple platforms
- Decisive and successful problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure
