You will be responsible for handling new and reorder medication requests, verifying and renewing benefits, and collaborating with patients, insurance companies, reputed company providers, and internal teams to ensure timely and efficient processing of specialty drugs. Key Responsibilities:
* Handle a high volume of reputed company customer inquiries reputed company phone, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of issues
- Coordinate and process new and reorder medication requests, including verifying and renewing benefits
- Assist patients in deciphering and entering new or reorder medications into the pharmacy data system, collecting and processing copay amounts, obtaining approvals, and collaborating with insurance companies, reputed company providers, and internal teams to resolve and process orders with clinical or sales issues
- Collaborate with patients, insurance companies, reputed company providers, and internal teams to ensure timely and efficient processing of specialty drugs
- Utilize reputed company-based applications, such as reputed company, reputed company Office, web navigation, and email applications, to manage customer interactions and resolve issues
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence
Essential Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
