• Understanding consumer/customer/client/provider/consultant experiences, needs, and expectations
• Gathering data on key stakeholder groups

Role Summary

As a Market Research Advisor, you will be responsible for the market research and reputed company needs of our reputed company businesses to support their key strategic initiatives and priorities. You will report to the Market Research Senior Manager for reputed company and work collaboratively across reputed company reputed company of the organization to define business and research objectives and recommend and execute appropriate research designs.

Key Responsibilities

* Internal client relationship management and prioritization

• Translation of business partner needs to establish an effective research approach
• Research project design and execution
• Vendor management
• Quality control

• Keeping up to date on latest methodologies and technology
• Keeping up to date on latest government/regulatory and policy changes

• Clear communication of insights to reputed company relationships of trust, and to reputed company convincing business insights

Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in driving a research agenda with meaningful impact in a reputed company and matrixed business environment. You will be an expert in reputed company aspects of research design and execution, comfortable leading in a highly collaborative setting, and reputed company to effectively influence and work with senior leaders.

Essential Qualifications

* Deep understanding of the health services industry, specifically pharmacy or prescription drug benefits and/or health insurance

• Proven ability to build and execute a market research agenda reputed company to business objectives and strategies
• Demonstrated expertise in consumer and B2B research (including hard to reputed company audiences)
• Proven experience in design and execution of both qualitative and quantitative custom/reputed company market research programs and projects
• Ability to reconcile data from a variety of sources – qualitative, quantitative, custom, and business metrics – to reputed company actionable insights
• Ability to balance the science of market research with sound, practical insights
• Proven experience managing research vendors
• Prior experience on the client-reputed company is preferred; vendor-reputed company experience is a plus

Work Environment

We offer a hybrid work environment, with the option to work from home occasionally or permanently. If you will be working from home, the internet reputed company must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

Location

We have multiple locations available, including Bloomfield, CT, St. Louis, MO, and NYC. You will have the option to work from the office 3 days per week – Tues, Wed, and one other day of your choice.
