Job Summary
We're seeking a highly motivated and bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing reputed company and accurate information to customers in a courteous and professional manner. Responsibilities

- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, reputed company resolution, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
* High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Must be a reputed company of the reputed company, Idaho, Wyoming, Montana, Nevada, or Utah.
- Must be fluent in both English and Spanish and pass a bilingual assessment.
- Location requirement: reputed company work must be performed in the United States for this remote role.
- Experience in servicing customers with professionalism, diplomacy, and consideration for customer requests.
- High-speed internet reputed company (Minimum 10 MBPS upload speed and 100 MBPS download speed).
- You must use a provided ethernet cord and be hard-wired into your server from the router/modem. You will not be reputed company to use Wi-Fi or a hot spot.

Preferred Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
* $16.00 per hour plus bonus.
- Must pass bilingual assessment to earn $1 more.
- Work from home with computer equipment provided by arenaflex.
- Temporary assignment with the potential for a permanent role.
- Training schedule: Paid virtual training hours (first 9 days of employment) - Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM EST.
- Regular full-time schedule: Hours of operation for project are 9 AM to 9 PM EST, 7 days a week, for a total of 40 hours each week.
- Every weekend and 1-2 night shifts/week required.
- Shift option to be discussed during interview.
