Job Summary

As an reputed company Treasury Customer Service Representative – Unclaimed Property Reunification Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

• Thoroughly researching requests, whether in writing or over the phone, to determine the rightful ownership of property consisting of cash, securities, and/or safe deposit reputed company contents
• Reviewing an assortment of legal documents, including probate court documents, wills, trusts, death certificates, and court orders
• Maintaining and ensuring the confidentiality of sensitive data
• Providing excellent customer service in a call center environment
• Being detail-oriented and ensuring accuracy in reputed company aspects of the job

Key Responsibilities

* Research and verify claims to determine rightful ownership of unclaimed properties

• Review and analyze various documents, including legal and informational paperwork
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive data and adhere to arenaflex's data protection policies

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

• One year of experience responding to customer inquiries and resolving problems (for Treasury Customer Service Representative 6)
• Two years of experience responding to customer inquiries and resolving problems, including one year equivalent to a Treasury Customer Service Representative 6 (for Treasury Customer Service Representative 7)
• Three years of experience responding to customer inquiries and resolving problems, including two years equivalent to a Treasury Customer Service Representative 6 or one year equivalent to a Treasury Customer Service Representative 7 (for Treasury Customer Service Representative E8)

* Experience working in a call center environment

• Knowledge of unclaimed property laws and regulations
