Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative – Telehealth Support Agent, you will be the first reputed company of contact for patients and their families, providing empathetic and professional support during times of need. You will be responsible for gathering information from callers, relaying it to clinicians, and ensuring that patients receive the care they need. This is a rewarding role that requires strong communication skills, a patient demeanor, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Receive and process calls from patients and their families, gathering information and relaying it to clinicians

Essential Qualifications

* 18 years of age

  • Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Accurate keyboard and typing skills (minimum 40 wpm)

  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to reputed company with a smile in your voice
  • Ability to work evening, weekend shifts, and holidays (paid at time ½)

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
