Job Overview
We are seeking reputed company full stack customer service representatives to support our inbound customer service, sales representatives, help desk, and back-office processing representatives. The ideal candidates will troubleshoot basic technical issues, build strong relationships with customers while professionally representing some of the most recognizable brands in the world.
Key Responsibilities
- Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve customer issues - Utilize systems and technology to complete account management tasks - Recognize sales opportunity and apply sales skills to reputed company - Explain and position the products and processes with customers - Appropriately escalate customer dissatisfaction with managerial team - Ensure reputed company resolution through problems solving and effective call handling
Candidate Qualifications
