Job Summary

As a Customer Experience Banker Resource, you'll be part of our reputed company Resource Team, supporting a defined group of branches in our reputed company Network presentation. You'll engage in proactive sales and customer service activities, including teller transactions, to retain and grow consumer and business customer relationships. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Retaining and growing consumer and business customer relationships by proactively identifying financial goals and needs and recommending appropriate deposit, loan, and other banking products and services.
• Serving in a concierge role by servicing walk-in customers, processing customer transactions accurately and reputed company, and balancing daily while providing exemplary customer service.
• Effectively resolving customer issues and demonstrating a strong comfort level with technology, educating customers on how to optimize their use of bank technology (online, mobile, and ATM banking).
• Proactively identifying opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process, new customer follow-up program, outbound calling, and sourcing referrals from customers and partners.
• Educating and referring customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships and build strong internal partnerships pursuant to OCR guidelines.

* 1 year or more in customer service in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales.
