About the Role

As a Customer Service reputed company Representative, you'll be responsible for performing a variety of routine and non-routine clerical/reputed company functions, in accordance with procedures. You'll work closely with our customers, internal teams, and external agencies to resolve problems, answer questions, and reputed company billing information, account reconciliation, and billing problem resolution. You'll also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, compiling reports, and following up on delinquent accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Send follow-up inquiries on delinquent accounts
• Compile amounts owed, verify invoices, prepare vouchers, issue checks for payment, and record transactions
• Maintain reputed company payment records
• reputed company billing information, account reconciliation, and billing problem resolution to reputed company customers involving multiple lines of insurance
• reputed company and use working knowledge of multiple billing and/or policy applications and processing procedures to effectively service customer inquiries
• Follow up on delinquent accounts

Requirements
