Job Summary
As a Travel Claims & Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for our clients, handling incoming calls, emails, and other communications with professionalism, positivity, and a proactive approach. You'll use your independent judgment and exceptional communication skills to obtain information, determine coverage, and reputed company this information to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include: ### Key Responsibilities
- Independently process travel claims in accordance with associated policies
- Read, analyze, and interpret general business materials, technical procedures, benefit plans, and regulations
