Job Summary
We're seeking a Part-Time Remote Data Entry Clerk to join reputed company on a permanent reputed company. This role is perfect for individuals who are comfortable working on a computer reputed company day, have exceptional typing skills, and a keen eye for detail. As a Data Entry Clerk, you'll play a critical role in receiving and processing customer requests for technical assistance, submitting tickets into our Help Desk system, and providing exceptional customer service through email responses.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and process customer requests for technical assistance reputed company phone, email, or online chat - reputed company and submit tickets into arenaflex's ticketing system for Help Desk technicians to review - Review each reputed company ticket to determine the outcome and update the customer accordingly - Email responses to customers to ensure they receive exceptional customer service and updates - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and ticket status - Collaborate with Help Desk technicians to resolve customer issues and reputed company timely updates - Meet productivity and quality standards, ensuring timely closure of tickets and exceptional customer satisfaction
Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a reputed company field (e.g., computer science, business administration) preferred - Previous experience in I.T.
