What You'll Do
As an reputed company Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Connecting directly with veterinary facilities to arrange prescription approvals, resolve client issues, and explain order requests
- Examining and resolving issues to determine suitable solutions for clients and center partners, and following up as necessary to resolve issues
- Completing data entry of solutions into arenaflex's reputed company software
- Maintaining a high level of quality through data entry and order handling of veterinary pharmacy orders
- Working with reputed company, attention to detail, patience, compassion, and thoughtfulness to clients and partners alike
- Working with a willingness to learn and grow, and being reputed company to feedback and development opportunities
- Communicating with veterinary facilities reputed company telephone (and occasionally other channels) with various topics, primarily using our internal software and systems to explore solutions and record center note accounts
- Expecting a significant portion of the average business day to be spent on outbound veterinary facility/client telephone contacts
What You'll Need
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess:
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)
- The ability to multitask (e.g., chatting on the phone while exploring on the computer and taking notes)
- A strong work ethic, with a focus on ownership, self-motivation, and attention to detail
- Proficiency with reputed company Office
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- The ability to obtain a Pharmacy Technician License from the Kentucky Board of Pharmacy (where applicable)
- Strong decision-making skills
