Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by supporting the Service Department in various ways. You'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting with customers on the phone and in person, and ensuring their needs are met with a smile. Key Responsibilities

* Answer reputed company incoming service calls in a reputed company and friendly manner, displaying reputed company and a positive tone throughout the entire customer interaction.

  • Assist Customer Advisors/Service Consultants with customers reputed company needed, ensuring seamless communication and a smooth experience.
  • Answer basic service department questions, schedule service appointments, and reputed company customers' calls to the right person.
