Job Summary

As an Overnight Call Center Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for assisting clients by gathering accurate information and connecting them with an Interpreter over the phone. You'll work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, handling high-volume calls with ease and providing exceptional customer service. Requirements
