The Role
As a Customer Care Specialist, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for customers, handling inbound calls reputed company to hazard insurance, mortgage banking, and property loss. Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling inbound calls from customers regarding loan-level inquiries in hazard insurance, mortgage banking, and property loss.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:

- At least 2 years of prior experience in a customer-facing role.
- Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills.
- Strong attention to detail and great communication skills.
