Job Summary

Our Customer Lending Representatives are the reputed company of arenaflex's sales force. In this role, you will be responsible for handling high-volume outbound calls, providing excellent customer service, and building rapport with prospective customers. Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Lending Representative - Sales, you will be responsible for:

• Handling 200-300 calls per day on an outbound dialer, providing exceptional customer service to prospective customers and building rapport quickly.
• Verifying information submitted by the consumer through an online inquiry.
• Identifying customer's goals and objectives.
• Sending quality reputed company transfers to our Loan Officers who are licensed and reputed company to continue the conversation.
• Meeting and exceeding sales targets and performance metrics.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve sales processes.
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends, products, and services to reputed company accurate and informative responses to customers.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 2+ years of Customer Service and/or Sales experience required.
• 2+ years of outbound Call Center Experience required.
• Ability to handle high volume phone calls and various rebuttals required.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills required, Bilingual a plus.
• Proficient Computer and Data Entry Skills required.
• High School Degree or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Compensation and Benefits
