Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in supporting the not-for-profit organization's scholarship program. You will work from home, responding to incoming calls from families and schools, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring that reputed company questions are answered, callers are satisfied, and reputed company are registered. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries reputed company to student inquiries, scholarship applications, and funding status

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- At least one year of customer service or call center experience
- English proficiency (a language assessment will be required)
