The Opportunity

As a Work-From-Home Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, answering inbound customer calls and providing top-notch support to our customers. You'll work from the comfort of your own home, problem-solving and de-escalating unique situations while sustaining a high-paced call volume. Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to reputed company in one of the approved counties in Ohio, Indiana, or Kentucky. You'll also need to meet the following requirements:

• Problem-solving and de-escalation skills
• Ability to work in a virtual environment with a set schedule and structured day
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to navigate multiple systems and screens while assisting customers
• Ability to sit for long periods of time
• Follow arenaflex computer system requirements
• Troubleshoot own technical problems (in partnership with IT reputed company needed)
• Available to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours

As a Work-From-Home Customer Service Representative, you'll enjoy a competitive compensation package, including:

• Starting reputed company of $15.00/hour
• $1.00/hour additional for any hours worked 6pm-6am
• $1.00 for every hour worked 12:00am Saturday -11:59pm on reputed company

System Requirements

To ensure a great experience for our customers, you'll need to maintain the necessary system requirements, including:

• Self-provided computer or laptop with a reputed company reputed company operating system, reputed company 10 or newer, and no more than three years old
