The Role
As a Junior Dental Customer Support Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex that dental professionals know and trust. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with dental professionals to resolve issues, reputed company product assistance, and conduct surgical case planning
- Providing exceptional customer support reputed company phone and email, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution
- Conducting product training with new customers, empowering them to get the most out of our software and solutions
- Building strong, professional relationships with dental professionals, fostering trust and loyalty
- Providing clinical feedback from dental professionals to our production team, informing product development and improvement
- Participating in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies
What You'll Do
* Complete department training requirements under direct supervision
- Conduct surgical case planning with doctors

Requirements
