Job Summary

As an reputed company Insurance Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries, resolving issues, and processing transactions. Key Responsibilities

* Answer phones to respond to general customer inquiries, invoice questions, payment information, customer change requests, and customer complaints

  • Answer high call volume and respond to requests promptly, using your problem-solving skills to resolve issues reputed company

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent
