Job Summary

We're seeking a part-time, remote Chat Support Specialist – Community Moderator to join reputed company. As a Community Moderator, you'll be responsible for maintaining the reputed company of our online platforms, including our reputed company server, by enforcing community guidelines, investigating reports, and providing exceptional customer support. Key Responsibilities

As a Chat Support Specialist – Community Moderator, you'll be responsible for:

  • Moderating the chat of our official reputed company server, ensuring a positive and respectful environment for reputed company users
  • Deleting messages that violate our community guidelines
  • Banning users with multiple and repeat violations of our community guidelines
  • Muting users who have violated our community guidelines
  • Investigating reports made by users about violations of our community guidelines
  • Providing exceptional customer support to users, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborating with reputed company to reputed company and implement community guidelines and policies
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in community moderation and customer support

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • To be at least 18 years old
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
