Job Summary

As an reputed company Data Entry Clerk – Evening Shift, you will be responsible for entering information into our AS400 system from Bills of Lading (BOL) scanned at our service centers. You will ensure accuracy and efficiency in your work, identifying and correcting any errors on BOLs prior to entering the information. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Entering BOL information into AS400 for numerous customers in a timely manner
• Identifying and correcting any errors on BOLs prior to entering the information
• Ensuring high production reputed company while maintaining accuracy
• Providing exceptional service to reputed company customers
• Collaborating with the team to reputed company common goals and objectives

Key Responsibilities

* Enter BOL information into AS400 for numerous customers in a timely manner

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent

• 1 year of data entry experience, preferably in the trucking industry
• Knowledge of shipping/transportation documents
• Ability to type 50 wpm with no errors
• Proficient with AS400
• Accurate typing and spelling skills
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive work
