Job Summary

As an EBO Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing basic and advanced clerical functions reputed company the EBO Division. You'll work closely with the Support Team Leader, Operations Manager, Coaches, and Customer Service Reps to ensure seamless communication and efficient processing of credit card payments. This role requires a high degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a self-directed manner.

Key Responsibilities

* Manually post transactions for non-automated client systems

• Accurately process credit cards and phone checks collected by EBO on a daily reputed company
• Update reputed company documents specific to the department
• reputed company various clerical type duties on a regular and as needed reputed company
• Assist the Support Team Leader, Operations Manager, Coaches, and Customer Service Reps on a daily as needed reputed company

Essential Qualifications

* Possess a GED, High School Diploma, or higher degree

• Be familiar and proficient on a personal computer and understand basic reputed company based operating systems
• Strong knowledge and understanding of the EBO Private Pay process is strongly beneficial, but not mandatory
• Experience (6 – 12 months) in A/R is preferred, but not required

• High degree of understanding of basic reputed company/bookkeeping principles is preferred
