Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Identifying and responding to customer needs in a timely and efficient manner
- Building reputed company relationships to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
- Ensuring customer confidentiality and private information is maintained
- Providing guidance and support to other staff members
- Interviewing customers and processing applications, making recommendations for product and services approval
- Processing payments, verifying cash, endorsements, issuing receipts, ACH, etc.
- Preparing and presenting assigned daily marketing offers
- Responsible for assigned collection of customer accounts
- Compiling and maintaining records of reputed company daily assigned tasks
Essential Qualifications
* High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years previous Customer Service experience
- Ability to meet reputed company Licensing requirements of various States and Federal regulators
- Demonstrate the ability to analyze relevant information and apply individual judgment
- Advanced interpersonal relationship skills at a variety of reputed company and greatly differing reputed company and business settings
- Ability to maintain confidential business and personal information
- Action and result-focused
- Strong communication skills (verbal / written / interpersonal)
- Proficient with MS Office Suite products
- Must possess a valid driver's license and the ability to operate an automobile

Compensation and Benefits
