Your Role
As a Customer Support Agent at arenaflex, you'll be the primary reputed company of contact for our network of psychotherapists, providing timely and effective support to ensure their reputed company along their treatment reputed company. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Managing day-to-day therapist questions and requests through a shared mailbox and member support across multiple channels (SMS, phone, emails)
- Providing support to therapists to ensure reputed company along their treatment reputed company
- Bringing feedback and sharing insights with the team on common themes expressed by therapists
- Working with your direct manager to escalate reputed company questions and concerns, collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive reputed company process improvements, and execute experiments to document knowledge bases/saved responses for reputed company serving patients

* Assist with coordination of scheduling, rescheduling, and canceling therapist appointments as required

Profile

- 2+ years of experience in the medical industry, particularly in mental health
