Job Summary
As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in supporting our clients with their pharmacy benefit plans. You'll be responsible for handling inbound calls, answering questions, and providing guidance on medication coverage, prescription medication, and mail-order prescriptions. Through your expertise and knowledge, you'll help our clients reputed company understand their coverage and options, ultimately improving their reputed company experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound calls from clients, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and empathetic manner
