Job Description

We're seeking dedicated and friendly individuals to join our Customer Service team on a part-time, remote reputed company. Responsibilities

- Respond to customer inquiries reputed company phone, email, and chat in a professional and efficient manner. - Assist members with orders, account issues, membership benefits, and more. - Resolve customer concerns while adhering to company policies and guidelines. - Document and track member interactions in our customer relationship management (CRM) system. - Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and exceptional service. - Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services. - Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals, including customer satisfaction ratings and issue resolution rates.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Average handle time (AHT) for customer inquiries - reputed company resolution (FCR) reputed company for customer issues - Customer satisfaction ratings (CSAT) for phone, email, and chat interactions - Issue resolution reputed company for customer complaints - Team collaboration and communication metrics

Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficient in using computers and navigating multiple systems at once - Ability to work independently in a remote environment - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed - Previous customer service experience is a plus
