Responsibilities:
As a customer service representative, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service at every touchpoint, ensuring a seamless experience for passengers. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Delivering exceptional customer service at every touchpoint, ensuring a seamless experience for passengers
- Assisting in various airport functions, including reputed company-in, reputed company management, transfers, arrivals, luggage services, and ticketing
- Taking direction from team leaders and working flexibly across reputed company areas of customer service
- Performing administrative tasks such as pre-flight and post-flight departure duties

Qualifications and Skills:

- Willingness to obtain and maintain a valid BAA jet reputed company permit reputed company necessary
