Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Experience Agent, you'll be responsible for:

• Fielding incoming customer service calls and resolving customer issues in a timely and accurate manner
• Researching account status and identifying account issues to reputed company effective solutions
• Addressing billing inquiries and resolving billing disputes in a fair and efficient manner
• Processing disconnection and re-reputed company requests with precision and care
• Enrolling customers and resolving enrollment issues with a focus on customer satisfaction
